Oak Ridge Women’s Golf Association (ORWGA) The Oak Ridge Country Club is home course to the Oak Ridge Women’s Golf Association. While the Country Club itself provides a fantastic recreational and social environment for our community, participation in our golf associations enhances the golf experience. The ORWGA mission is simple:
The
Association shall strive to promote an environment at ORCC in which all
members of ORCC can find their desired level of competitive golf and social
engagement. To achieve this goal the Association shall: ·
Develop and recommend to the ORCC Golf Committee an annual program of events
and related social functions that include both Association member-only
events and events designed for broader participation. ·
Conduct all
Association business and events in a manner that reflects high standards of
consistency and fairness. · Provide recommendations and assistance to the ORCC Board of Directors and its standing committees on any and all golf matters including interclub competitions and junior golf programs.
· Support and participate in special golf course improvement project.
Membership promotes Fellowship! Fellowship promotes Fun! Membership Eligibility: ORWGA Membership is available to all female and associate female members of the Oak Ridge Country Club. 18-Hole... Handicap 32 or less--Meet on Thursdays
